The world is changing fast, and wealth management needs to change with it. Clients increasingly demand more sophisticated digital interfaces and analysis even as they reject one-size-fits-all approaches. Advisors can’t keep up with new systems and adequately manage relationships if they’re stuck using legacy IT systems, and they’re going to need to find ways to cut down on manual processing and data entry if they want to keep up with the changing demands of existing and prospective clients.
